Your online purchase is backed by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on products that are not customised/engraved with custom details. If you're not completely satisfied with your MyICETag product, you can return it within 30 days of your original purchase date for a 100% refund. The product must be in re-sellable condition. The MyICETag 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee only applies to purchases made on the www.myicetag.com website. Refund excludes shipping costs.

Any profile(s) linked to the cancelled/returned bracelet will have to be unlinked by the customer for returns to be completed sucessfully. After the profile is unlinked, the old profile will not appear when the product is scanned or when the ID and PIN is entered on www.myicetag.com .

Custom engraved products are final sale—they are NOT eligible for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
